Children’s Floral Arranging workshop

Service Description

Join us with your nature loving kids for a floral arranging work shop. Children will start by taking a walking tour through one of our cutting gardens at our private residence. Children will learn why supporting and growing local flowers is so important, the basics of flower arranging with fresh cut flowers, tips and tricks for keeping the flowers fresher longer in the vase, learning when and why we harvest flowers a special way to ensure low vase life. Followed by a question and answer session while they finish up creating their garden own piece of floral art that they will take home. Workshop dates are as follows April 12th 2-4:30pm April 26th 2-4:30pm May 17th 10-12:30pm June 21st 10-12:30pm July 19th 9-11:30am
